DALCASH DVINSKY VENCEDORA DEL OAKS
La hermana de camada de Freedom Seacrest se proclama como la mejor hembra de Irlanda. No nos extrañaría lo mas mínimo que la madre de ambas Dalcash Viva, esté en la terna de las mejores hembras de cría del año. Y la propia Dalcash Dvinsky la mejor hembra del 2010. Venció con 28,41 por delante de la gran Skywalker Queen y Clearview Kelly. Su estadística impresiona: Salidas 15 con (9-3-2-0-0-1). Una sola carrera vacía.
El caché de Freedom Seacrest, retirada en semifinales sube enteros. Propia hermana de la ganadora del Oaks y ausente en la final por retirada. En cuanto acabe su vida de competición le espera una gran labor como reproductora. Sus descendientes serán muy cotizados. Es de alguna forma, también una victoria de Freedom Seacrest.

KARIKOGA DEBUTÓ AYER EN SPK
En el programa de ayer de SPK comprobamos el debut de otro JJ en la preparación de Matt Connell. Karikoga, es hijo de Hondo Black y Ballymac Lark. Puro Ballymac, su madre ha dado grandes productos y de JJ, Pau. Corrió de 3 en una A4 y finalizó en quinta posición. Carrera normal de un cachorro (Dec 08) se le vió paso, pero necesita carreras. De su origen cabe esperar lo mejor.
BUENA CARRERA DE ASISOLA
Ayer en SPK final de un campeonato de A6, con Asisola de numero 6. Salió mal pero corrió bien la curva encarando la recta en tercera posición y vino de atrás recuperando mucho terreno al vencedor Explosive. El tiempo de 29,17 con los inconvenientes en la carrera muy bueno. Excelente progresión. Nos gustó la lucha y los finales. Va para arriba.

ULTIMOS RESULTADOS
Ya anunciamos la victoria de Freedom Oregon en Clonmel el pasado domingo 20 de Junio. Hemos tenido ocasión de visionar la carrera y ha resultado de más mérito del que pensamos. Oregon salió muy mal de caja, entrando último en la primera curva y saliendo primero en la segunda. Un paso en curvas de ensueño. Saliendo bien rebajará claramente los 29".
El lunes en Harold Cross, Soraya finalizó en tercera posición en una buena carrera. De atras hacia adelante corrió bien aunque con sus tiempos habituales. En esta ocasión 29,60. Da la sensación que le va a costar estar por debajo de estos tiempos. La categoría: A4.
También el lunes, pero en Longford, Lady Pandora corrió en una A3. De número 3 salió en punta y dobló con facilidad, pero se abrió en exceso siendo igualada en el interior por el T4 Comans Drive. Se fué progresivamente hacia abajo, entrando en 5ª posición con un tiempo de 29,73. No se distingue con claridad pero da la sensación que fué molestada por el T4 en la recta.
Woyaya de T1 en una A5, también alcanzó a liderar la prueba siendo superado en la recta final por dos contrincantes, finalizando en 3ª posición con un tiempo de 29,61. Sigue en venta en GD.
Parece que la cría de Ballymac Kewell y Ballymac Minnie, está falta de distancia. Sorprende que otras crias de Ballymac Minnie si han dado grandes fondistas, como Ballymac Penske (X Flying Penske). Al parecer, los tres hermanos, Polemico, Lady Pandora y Woyaya, andan justos en las 525 Yds. Una de dos o Ballymac Kewell no da fondistas o la crianza no ha sido la misma. Minnie, con Ballymac Maeve, Sonic Fligth y Flying Penske, si que dió perros consistentes como: Ballymac Bull, Green Heat o la anteriormente citada Ballymac Penske.

EXCELENTE VICTORIA DE FREEDOM OREGON
Tras la decepción, la alegría. Después de la ausencia por lesión leve de Seacrest en las semis del OAKS, al dia siguiente otro Freedom, este Oregón, vence con un registro de 29,01 en Clonmel, lo que hace pensar que estará por debajo de la barrera de los 29´´. De número 1 y a la distancia de 525 Yds. gana en una carrera de campeonato de A3, pasando ronda. Realmente, el Valencia Syndicate está demostrando un buen ojo para los fichajes. Enhorabuena.
SEMIFINALES DEL OAKS
Shelbourne Dawn (2), que era la tercera o cuarta opción en su semifinal, se vió favorecida por la ausencia de Seacrest (1) y venció con un gran tiempo de 28,56. Segunda, la actual poseedora del título Skywalker Queen. Tercera Casual Steps. De haber participado, Seacrest hubiera dejado fuera a alguna de estas tres y ocuparía merecidamente un puesto en la final.
En la otra semifinal venció la hermana de Seacrest, Dalcash Dvinsky con 28,58.

Shelbourne Dawn and Dalcash Dvinsky will go into the final of the Sporting Press Oaks on the back of a victory after both impressed in their respective semi finals at Shelbourne Park
Little separated the pair on the clock, but Shelbourne Dawn just stole the headlines by going fractionally faster when posting a superb 28.56 in the second heat. The Brian King trained daughter of Boherduff Light and Queen Survivor had posted 28.58 in the opening round, but had only played a bit part in her two subsequent starts. She returned to top form on Saturday however when leaving a talented field in her wake.
The absence of Freedom Seacrest through a minor injury obviously aided Shelbourne Dawn and she made the most of the opportunity. Flashing from traps, the June ’07 whelp shot into a clear advantage to the turn before increasing her lead down the back straight.
In contrast, warm favourite and defending champion, Skywalker Queen seemed to bunny hop out of traps, but she displayed big pace from halfway to qualify in second. Shelbourne Dawn was in a league of her own though and she went on to score by four lengths, while Casual Steps took third spot another two lengths back.
There seems little doubt that Dalcash Dvinsky is getting better with each start and she again starred in the opening semi. Having already won the Olympic Bee Puppy Oaks, Jack Meade’s star performer was brilliant in victory as she repelled the challenge of both Cartiers Dazzle and Clearview Kelly to maintain her unbeaten record in the competition.
After a level start, Dalcash looked likely to be squeezed to the turn, but she burst through on the run to the corner before moving to the lead from Cartiers Dazzle on the turn. The latter came with a spirited challenge into the third turn, but Dalcash wasn’t going to be denied and she forced her way to the front again, forcing her challenger to check slightly.
Clearview Kelly now moved third and looked a real threat, but the ever-improving Dalcash Dvinsky powered up the straight to claim her sixth success on the bounce by a length from Clearview Kelly in a fast 28.58, with Cartiers Dazzle a further length back in third.
The final line up is certainly packed with quality and the trap draw has only enhanced the contest with each and every runner well housed. Following their impressive semi final displays both Dalcash Dvinsky and Shelbourne Dawn will have huge support with the latter wearing thee white jacket and Dalcash Dvinsky in the black jacket.
Cartiers Dazzle looks extremely well drawn in trap two, while the same can be said for the defending champion and sole wide seed Skywalker Queen who wears the stripes. Clearview Kelly has perhaps the worst of the draw in five, but has the quality to have a big say. Casual Steps completes the line up and she will run from trap one. It could be an epic decider with all six runners entitled to respect. It also came to light on Saturday night that Shelbourne Dawn will run under new ownership in the decider with her new owners listed as Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp and Nick Budimir.

SEACREST OUT OF OAKS

The hotly fancied Freedom Seacrest has been withdrawn from the second semi-final of the Sporting Press Irish Oaks at Shelbourne on Saturday night.
Trainer Michael Pomfret informed Shelbourne that the bitch has not recovered from a problem picked up in the competition. Hopes that the flying young bitch would be sufficiently recovered tonight to run in the race were dashed this morning.
Her unfortunate absence means that the second heat will be a five-runner affair and this greatly improves Skywalker Queen’s already bright prospects of winning the bitch classic for a second year on the trot.

La gran cita de este sábado era sin duda alguna la participación de Freedom Seacrest en las semifinales del OAKS. Como hemos informado, lamentablemente no será de la partida.

El Valencia Syndicate incorpora un nuevo efectivo: Freedom Oregon (Ex-CASUAL PRINCE)
Macho, nacido el 2 de Septiembre del 08, de color berrendo en gris, e hijo de Mineola Farloe y Previous.
Ha realizado 8 carreras con dos victorias, la última en Longford a 550 Yds y un tiempo de 31,30 lo que le situa en grado A4. Su mejor rating es de (88) con un ganador con 29,31 a 525 Yds y en la pista de Longford.

FREEDOM SEACREST, RETIRADA DEL OAKS
No nos apetece lo mas mínimo dar esta noticia, pero estamos obligados a hacerlo. Freedom Seacrest en su extraordinaria carrera de cuartos sufrió un derrame del que no ha podido recuperarse a tiempo. El proceso de recuperación no será inferior a cuatro semanas, por lo que desgraciadamente no será de la partida en la carrera de semifinales.
Una verdadera pena, ya que estamos convencidos de que Freedom Seacrest hubiera estado en la final y con reales posibilidades de luchar por la victoria. Es un mazazo para los que la seguimos con toda la ilusión y suponemos que ha supuesto un palo muy gordo para Agus y Salva, que merecían haber estado en la final. En cualquier caso, el valor de la perra sigue intacto. La lesión es recuperable y volverá a estar en la élite de la competición. Como hembra de cría su porvenir será fantástico.
Lo sentimos de verdad amigos.

Irish Oaks Semi Finals
What a wide open stake it is this year. Shelbourne Dawn has got a fabulous draw in the 2nd semi and could win that heat if pinging. Droopys Kina looks a likely qualifier in the first semi.
The 2 sisters Dalcash Divinsky and Freedom Seacrest have taken the stake by storm and will have major outright claims, whilst it is hard to ignore the massive return to form of Skywalker Queen. Last year's winner looks to be peaking at just the right time for Frances O'Donnell.

ACTUACIONES DE AYER MIERCOLES 16 DE JUNIO
En Shelbourne Park, Asisola (curioso nombre) compitió con 5 debutantes y de número 1. Con dos carreras realizadas, parecía contar con ventaja en una carrera de grado A6. Sorprendió el buen debut de Explosive que desde el cajón 5 venció con 29,18. Asisola acabó tercero a 5 cuerpos, registrando 29,53. Debe de ir mejorando.
Lady Pandora venció en una A4 con 29,32. Hizo la carrera de punta a punta sin ser inquietada en ningún momento. Mejora en .15 su registro anterior en SPK del 8/04 cuandó ganó con 29,47. La barrera de los 29" parece, de momento, lejos de su alcance. En cualquier caso, buena carrera sobre todo por la salida y velocidad en los primeros metros. Es su tercera victoria sobre 8 salidas. Este tiempo le da su mejor valor en rating de GD (78)
En Kilkenny Polémico se enfrentó a una dura prueba. Con dos contrincantes de nivel como Carlows Pride y Ullid Connor, era una buena ocasión para comprobar su verdadeo nivel. Nada más salir Carlows Pride demostró porque es uno de los mejores sprinters actuales distanciándose con una facilidad pasmosa en la arrancada. De número abierto (6) Polemico no tuvo opción alguna en la carrera, finalizando último con 16,73.

NUEVA MONTA DE JOHNNY
Johnny Gatillo ha realizado una monta a una hembra barcina de linea materna que se remonta a Minglers Magic, madre de Eyeman.
Gatillo Show, ha realizado hoy lunes un trial en Dundalk batiendo a Tuckers Tevez de 3 cuerpos, con 29,20. Tevez venia de ganar en carrera oficial con 29,44 en esta misma pista y es hijo de una propia hermana de Johnny Gatillo, Tuckers Lass, x Westmead Hawk.

La madre ganó el Eclipse Stakes y entre sus mejores descendientes figuran: Ballymac Rita, Ballymac Charley y Ballymac Magnet.

Taking the best odds available in the various lists the three bitches at the top of the market are Skywalker Queen, Dalcash Dvinsky and Freedom Seacrest and they are all best priced 4-1.
Next in the lists is Clearview Kelly at 8-1 but she is much shorter with some of the firms. Then we have Cartiers Dazzle at 10-1 and both Droopys Kina and Tyrgal Lola at 12-1. Shelbourne Dawn is alone on 16-1 while Casual Staps, Piercestown Pet and Skywalker Kim are at 25-1 and Mossend Folly the 50-1 outsider.

FREEDOM SEACREST DE T1 EN SEMIFINALES
A estas alturas de campeonato ya no existen facilidades. El sorteo, no obstante, creemos que ha sido muy bueno para Freedom Seacrest. En primer lugar por el número de salida, el T1. Obsesionada por la valla, si sale bien no deberá rectificar trazada. En segundo lugar, porque a excepción de Skywalker Queen, es superior al resto de rivales. Ellas dos, normalmente deberían estar en la final. El tercer puesto está entre Shelbourne Dawn o Tyrgal Lola. Aparentemente, Casual Steps y Piecerstown Pet, lo tienen muy difícil. Esto es sobre el papel, pero ya sabemos que cada carrera es diferente y el resultado depende de muchos factores.
Buen sorteo para Freedom Seacrest. Ahora más que nunca confiamos en verla en la final.

New stars emerged in the quarter finals of the Sporting Press Irish Oaks at Shelbourne on Saturday night when Clearview Kelly and Dalcash Dvinsky were only separated by a spot as they led the qualifiers for next week’s semi-finals. However there was a major shock as the big ante-post fancy Tooquicktoocath made her exit from the classic.
Freedom Seacrest, owned by the Valencia Syndicate, had to call upon all her qualities to emerge triumphant in the opening quarter final. Victory seemed unlikely for the daughter of Ace Hi Rumble and Dalcash Diva after she suffered traffic problems on the turn before turning fourth.
In contrast Tyrgal Lola flashed from boxes to set a strong gallop, but the complexion of the race changed at the third turn as Freedom Seacrest forced her way through into second. Tyrgal Lola continued to lead, but Freedom Seacrest was now in full flight and she charged her way to the front in the dying yards to see off the long time leader by a half length in 28.78. There was a further length and a half gap to Casual Steps in third.

Skywalker then raced on to win by two lengths in 28.98. Droopys Kina, out the back for most of the journey, produced a devastating finish along the rail to snatch second by a short head from Mossley Folly.
FLYING PUPPY
Jack Meade’s Puppy Oaks winner Dalcash Dvinsky (Ace Hi Rumble/ Dalcash Diva) is coming of age fast in this classic. Unbeaten in the classic to date she was thought to face a massive task in a red hot third quarter final but she was more than ready for the task and charged up the betting lists with a stunning 28.59 run.
Tooquicktoocatch missed the kick and was always struggling as Dalcash broke smartly and led into the back from Mystique Rosa and Shelbourne Dawn. The latter was soon in second but then reigning champ Skywalker Queen flew into second place on the third bend and closed on the leader. However, Skywalker drifted very wide off the final bend and Dalcash Dvinsky held her run by three parts of a length while it was three and a half lengths to Shelbourne Dawn in third.
Mick Frayne’s Clearview Kelly (Hotshow Ben/ Bedtime) wouldn’t have been a very fancied contender coming into the Oaks but she has reached the semis with a sparkling unbeaten record.
She was truly brilliant in winning the fourth heat in a fastest of the night 28.58. She came away racing from the inside box and went clear to the bend where Cartiers Dazzle slipped into second spot and gave chase down the back.
Cartiers challenged strongly on the third bend and was almost upsides when forced to check. Clearview Kelly is a very strong runner and she dashed clear up the straight to win by three lengths from Cartiers in a flying time. Piercestown Pet ran a blinder to finish a four and a half length third.
